What do I do if I am in a crisis

If you are in immediate danger or require urgent medical assistance, call 911 and/or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also connect with Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling/texting 988.


Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am credentialed with UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, BlueCrossBlueShield, Meritain, Cigna, and Medicaid. However, coaching sessions and couples counseling are private pay only.


How do I pay for my sessions?

Payments are collected at the time of service. I accept major credit and debit cards and HSA/FSA cards electronically through a secure HIPAA-compliant client portal.

If you plan to use insurance, I will verify your benefits prior to your first session. Any copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount required by your plan is due at the time of service.


How do I know if we’re a good fit?
