Coaching is a structured, forward-focused process designed to support growth in performance, decision-making, and personal development.Unlike therapy, which addresses mental health conditions and emotional distress, coaching centers on execution, clarity, and accountability. It is appropriate for individuals who are functioning relatively well but want stronger consistency, clearer direction, and improved follow-through.
Coaching involves identifying specific goals, examining patterns that interfere with progress, and implementing practical systems to improve performance in work, relationships, and daily life. The process is collaborative but structured, with measurable targets and ongoing accountability.
Rather than exploring the past in depth, we will focus on patterns that are present and affecting our future. The emphasis is on ownership, strategy, confidence in our process.
